Job Description
Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks a dynamic and compassionate Server to join our community restaurant team. The starting salary is $14.65, based on experience, and shifts are available part-time, including AM and PM.
Responsibilities
- Direct residents to their tables
- Present menus and suggest dishes
- Aid in drink selection
- Communicate resident orders using the point of sale system
- Perform dining room opening and closing duties
Qualifications
- A big smile and eagerness to learn
- Compassion for residents
- Must be 18 years old or older (under 18 requires proper schoolwork authorization)
- Must hold a Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum
