Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing the dining area and keeping clean
- Welcome guests into the dining area
- Provide information and offer recommendations for food and beverage selections
- Taking and delivering food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Periodically check in with customers to ensure their meal is satisfactory
- Help with basic food prep and light cleaning as needed
- Keep serving stations stocked with ice, soda, etc.
- Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude
- Adhere to sanitation standards to keep guests safe
- Observe and manage guest intoxication levels
- Communicate effectively in a noisy environment
- Work in low-light and smoking environments
- Ensure accuracy of collected monies
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to perform light physical tasks, including exerting up to 25 lbs. of force on a frequent basis
- Ability to perform grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, walking, and carrying
- Good verbal and written communication skills
