Server - Part Time

About the role

Join our fun, creative, and talented culinary services team as a Part-Time Server, providing excellent customer service to our residents. The ideal candidate will be available to work day shifts covering lunch and/or dinner during the week, with possible weekend shifts including breakfast, lunch, and dinner coverage. You’ll enjoy meaningful work in a friendly environment where you can make a difference in the lives of our residents every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents picking up meals or dining in our Bistro or fine dining restaurants.
• Assist in packaging to-go meals for residents.
• Take meal orders for residents and their guests using tablet software.
• Set and clear tables, complete opening and closing side work (e.g., rolling utensils, cleaning silverware and glassware).
• Provide full table service to residents.
• Maintain close relationships with Dining Room Managers and Host/Hostesses to ensure resident satisfaction and smooth operations.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No prior experience required.
• Availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
