Server - Part Time

Reata Glen is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offering a variety of villas and apartment homes to hundreds of residents, with full services including restaurant dining, housekeeping, maintenance, transportation, fitness classes, wellness programs, and numerous activities.

About the role

The Server is responsible for table service within the Community dining rooms, providing the highest standards of fine dining customer service to all Residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about menu items
• Set tables and maintain work stations in proper order
• Clear dishes from tables before, during, and after meal services
• Assist with dishwashing and distribution of clean dishes as needed

Requirements

• Reliable and able to follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Schedule

4:30pm–9pm Monday–Saturday and 10am–4pm Sundays (minimum 3 shifts required, including one weekend shift).

Pay

$17.50 per hour.
