Server - Part Time

Part-time position: 4 PM–8 PM on varied days, with weekend flexibility required.

About the role

The Server is responsible for table service within the Community dining rooms, upholding the highest standards of fine dining customer service for all Residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, provide service, and fulfill all requested items graciously and courteously.
• Answer questions about menu items.
• Set tables and maintain work stations in proper order.
• Clear dishes from tables before, during, and after meal services.
• Assist with dishwashing and distribution of clean dishes as needed.
• Use the POS system to bill Residents for orders.

Requirements

• Reliability and adherence to safety procedures and assigned duties.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in understanding and following instructions in English, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and explain the menu, answer questions, coordinate meal service, and understand requests.
• Ability to work cooperatively with Residents, guests, visitors, families, and staff.
• Courtesy, tact, and graciousness in all interactions.
• Commitment to working safely and complying with all department and Community safety policies.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay

$17.75–$18 per hour.
