Job Highlights

- Pay: Know what you're bringing home each day—Servers are paid a flat hourly rate and may not accept tips. This is to ensure residents are protected.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and their guests in an elegant restaurant-style dining room
- Accurately taking, placing and serving food and beverage orders as requested
- Assisting with special requests whenever possible
- Monitoring the salad bar to ensure proper supply and temperature is maintained
- Clearing the tables, delivering soiled items to be cleaned, and resetting the table
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
