Server (Part Time)

La Posada’s Server role enhances the quality of life for residents by delivering exceptional dining experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our community. This position combines a passion for hospitality with outstanding customer service to ensure residents and guests enjoy memorable, personalized service at every meal.

Schedule

• Part Time
• Shifts vary: Monday to Saturday 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Weekends required; flexibility important

Pay

• Pay Range: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
• Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and assist residents with their requests
• Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Bring a positive attitude and a smile to work every day
• Be a great team player
• High school graduate preferred
• Some serving experience preferred
• Must have Food Handler’s certification as required
