As a Server, you'll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while building genuine connections with residents and making every meal something they look forward to.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents with a smile and take meal orders.
• Serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Auxiliary with dining room setup, cleanup, and restocking supplies.
• Support community events and special dining experiences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.

Requirements

• Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred, but we'll train the right person.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
