Server (Part-Time | AM & PM Shifts)

About the role

The Server @ First Colonial Inn enhances the quality of life for residents by delivering exceptional dining experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our community. This role combines a passion for hospitality with outstanding customer service to ensure residents and guests enjoy memorable, personalized service at every meal.

Schedule

• Part Time (plus weekends)
• 6:30am - 10:30am
• 3:00pm - 7:15pm

Pay

• $16.50 - $17.00/hr (No tips)

Responsibilities

• Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
• Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests
• Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• A passion for excellence
• A great moral compass
• High school graduate preferred
• 6 months to 1 year of dining experience
