Server - NEW RESTAURANT OPENING

About the role

Our brand-new restaurant, Haywire, is set to open in La Cantera in October 2024. We are seeking a dynamic server who can provide unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages with high attention to detail
• Create unique Texas-sized experiences for guests
• Tour guides - recommend wines, whiskeys, and cocktails to pair with meals
• Execute service with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Guide guests throughout the dining experience

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years serving experience in high-end casual or fine dining
• Food, wine, and whiskey knowledge preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Able to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
• At least 18 years of age

Qualifications

• Highly passionate about creating unique Texas-sized experiences
• Strong knowledge of the Farm to Fork stories behind our locally sourced menu
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests
• Adaptable and flexible, with a strong sense of ownership over the guests' experience
