About the role
The Server creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club’s members and guests at the Club’s three restaurants – 1915, Stagg, & 73rd Hole. Responsible for providing a five-star member dining experience, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of orders, and anticipating member needs.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and exceptional dining experience for members and guests.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Anticipate and address member needs promptly.
Requirements
- Possess a personality that makes people feel welcome, with a passion for providing an outstanding member experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to think on your feet and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Superior working memory and self-motivation.

Qualifications
- Basic math skills.
- Prior server experience is preferred.
- Two years of food and cocktail service experience.
- Fluent in written and conversational English.
- Experienced computer user.
- Comfortable working inside and outside in a hot and noisy environment.
- Able to stand for long periods and move freely about the member dining spaces.
- Frequently lift, carry, pull, and push up to 20 lbs.

Schedule
- This is a partial-year position from May through September.
- Varying schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
- Daily shifts between 6:30 am - 10:00 pm.
- Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs.
