Responsibilities

• Create exceptional guest experiences
• Contribute positively to the team's experience and company culture
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals
• Operate with the discipline necessary to benefit all stakeholders: guests, team members, vendors, investors, and neighborhoods

Requirements

• Full-time availability to work 40 hours per week
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/move for extended periods

Benefits

• Compensation range: $17.87 - $50 - $65.00/hour including tips

Pay

• $17.87 of hourly compensation + $50 - $65 of tips (based on recent average top 25% of Servers sales data)
