Server - Limited Part-time Program - Cumberland Crossing Manor

Limited part-time; hourly, non-exempt. Schedule: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM during the week and 8 AM – 10 AM, 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM, or 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM during the weekend. 9-12 hours per week with every other weekend. Program rate: $15.00/hour.

Our Servers are responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests. In addition to serving residents in the main dining room and at special functions, the Server may prepare some simple or “light” food items and beverage prep. Our Servers are responsible for bussing tables (clearing, cleaning, and resetting) and complete other cleaning assignments as directed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Enjoy multi-tasking since every day is different.
• Have good attention to detail and time management.
