Server - Lillie's

Provides friendly and efficient food and beverage service to restaurant guests in accordance with outlet standards, ensuring an exceptional, exciting, and fun dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge guests in a friendly and timely manner while maintaining high service standards.
• Process payments for food and beverage service.
• Provide introductions, take orders, recommend food choices (suggestive selling), and present food according to outlet standards.
• Assist with clearing tables, transporting dirty dishes, and other service tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain dining room and workstation cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout and at the end of the shift.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Six months’ experience in dining room operations is beneficial but not required (on-the-job training available).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to delivering a high service level that creates a memorable guest experience.
• Must routinely go above and beyond in position responsibilities to support organizational goals.
• Project an image of excitement and enthusiasm while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork abilities.

Pay

USD $3.25 per hour (tipped position).
