Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional WOW service to each guest, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience
• Greet guests with a sincere, positive, and enthusiastic attitude; take orders promptly and accurately
• Master suggestive selling to enhance meal choices and overall satisfaction
• Deliver food and beverages swiftly and efficiently while maintaining a courteous demeanor
• Handle payments professionally, ensuring accuracy in transactions and counting back change correctly
• Create a welcoming atmosphere to foster repeat business and positive reviews

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to collaborate as part of a team
• Able to lift between 15–30 pounds
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently between the dining room and kitchen throughout the shift
• Minimum age of 18 years
