Key Responsibilities
- Provide server installation support services for all facilities.
- Perform refresh of servers (CONUS), provide a plan and update it as needed.
- Provide non-routine (e.g., emergency) server installation support services.
- Cook logistics with the other functional elements of this contract (e.g., shipping and receiving, deployment, training, etc.); and create accurate technical documents for all server installation activities.
Qualifications
- Education: HS Diploma (BS preferred) + 5 Years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on Server/Network and other scripting SME.
- Experience: Must be able to travel at least 25%.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Hands on experience with VMWare, vSphere.
- Hands on experience with server installations including Windows Server, SQL Server, Oracle OEL, Linux and Database Support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Productivity applications.
- Database configuration and administration – Microsoft SQL Server, Storage appliance Configuration And Migration.
- One or more IT industry certifications.
