Location: Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living, a 110-acre continuing care retirement community in Catonsville, Maryland (suburb of Baltimore). Part of a growing national network managed by Erickson Senior Living.

About the role

Entry-level, year-round position with flexible after-school and weekend hours—no late nights. Must be 16+ years old. Scholarship opportunities up to $20,000 for qualifying employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert.
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting tailored recommendations.
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently.

Requirements

• 16+ years old.
• No prior experience required.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Availability on weekdays and weekends.

Pay

$15.00 – $18.72 per hour, commensurate with experience.
