Server- Full Time

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing the dining area and keeping clean
• Welcomeing guests into the dining area
• Providing information to help food and beverage selections and offering recommendations
• Taking and delivering food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Making sure that what comes out of the kitchen is correct and appealing before taking it to the table
• Periodically check in with customers to make sure everything is going well with their meal, being attentive, and responding to additional requests as needed
• Help with basic food prep as needed, and/or perform light cleaning in the dining, serving stations, or kitchen areas
• Keep serving stations stocked with ice, soda, etc., as well as keeping their section clean and prepared for new guests
• Maintaining dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude
• Adhering to sanitation standards to keep their guests safe
• Observe and understand if guest has reached intoxication level & be able to handle the situation

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• 21 years of age or older
• Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays and day shifts
• Ability to perform light physical tasks, exerting up to 25 lbs. of force on a frequent basis
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferences

• One-year serving and/or craft brewery experience
• R-Serve. Serve-Safe certification

Pay

This position is Sunday-Saturday (Additional $6 per hour for Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts results in $22.00 base rate) plus tips.
