About the role

This position involves providing exceptional service in a food and beverage environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks accurately based on guest requests.
• Greet, seat, bus, and run food and drinks efficiently.
• Complete side work and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Verify guest age before serving alcoholic beverages.
• Operate the point of sale system accurately and handle payments responsibly.
• Communicate effectively with team members in front and back of house.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and workstations are clean and safe.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Build rapport with guests through friendly engagement and excellent customer service.
