Server - Flexible Hours! - Per Diem
About the Role
RiverWoods is seeking servers to join our culinary services team, providing excellent customer service to our residents. Flexible hour options are available for per diem positions, including afternoons and evenings such as 4pm to 8pm, accommodating various schedules like after-school or post-sports commitments.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to residents picking up meals or dining in our Bistro or fine dining restaurants.
- Assist in packaging to-go meals for residents.
- Take meal orders for residents and their guests using software on tablets.
- Set and clear tables, complete opening and closing side work (e.g., rolling utensils, cleaning silverware and glassware).
- Provide full table service to residents.
- Maintain close relationships with Dining Room Managers and Host/Hostesses to ensure resident satisfaction and smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- No prior experience required.
- A resume is not required to apply.
