About the role

SiFive, the world leader in RISC-V, is seeking an experienced server firmware architect. In this role, you’ll work on both application processor and microcontroller firmware for RISC-V servers, including TianoCore/EDK-II BIOSes, OpenSBI and other M-mode firmware environments, and their RISC-V system integration. You’ll help write and implement platform microcontroller firmware on SiFive reference designs, build BMC software environments, and ensure they work well with our server designs. You’ll debug challenging problems with our system software and validation teams on SiFive designs running in emulation, and collaborate with hardware architects and engineers—both inside SiFive and at RISC-V International—to improve RISC-V platform and system specifications.
