Responsibilities

• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Necessary to prioritize, delegate, and respond in a timely manner.
• Understands hotel restaurant operations; food and beverage knowledge, steps of service, and cash management.
• Maintains exceptional service levels for all events.
• Strives for sales growth by having ongoing knowledge of all current menus.
• Be perceptive, proactive, and engaging. Anticipate guest’s needs.
• Set the tone for success with a positive attitude and sincere enthusiasm.
• Engage in clear, consistent communications with leadership and restaurant staff.
• Ensure each customer is served efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is friendly, service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must enjoy connecting with guests, working as part of a collaborative team, and delivering memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

Understanding of hotel restaurant operations; food and beverage knowledge, steps of service, and cash management as it pertains to the selling of food and beverages.

Skills

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
