Server – Provide Food Service and Customer Experience in a Senior Living Community (also titled: Waitstaff, Food Service Worker, Restaurant Server, Customer Service, Dining Services)

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide general menu descriptions
• Bus and reset tables per community standards
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bistro
• Complete assigned side work and opening/closing duties
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Use Sunrise systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards

Pay

Pay Range: $15.00 – $18.75 per hour

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. Eligibility depends on the employee’s position, plan/program offered at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program. Some benefits have eligibility requirements.
