About the role

Cape Cod Senior Residences is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dining Room Server to join our compassionate and caring team. You will be part of a team that provides a gourmet dining experience to our senior residents while enjoying a safe, home-like, and fun work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests during meal times
• Serve residents and guests, taking individual orders from a selective menu
• Set up tables for meals, clear tables, reset for future meal times
• Maintain a clean dining environment

Requirements

• Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.

Pay & Schedule

• Rates start at $15.50 - $16 per hour based on work experience
• Part Time: Sunday, Tuesday, Saturday: 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM, Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
