About the role

Our Carondelet Village community is seeking Servers (Dietary Aides / Dining Aides / Culinary Assistants) to join our team. Part-time AM hours including every other weekend are available. Located next to the campus of St. Catherine University, Carondelet Village offers an array of amenities and conveniences with connections to St. Paul's Highland Park area. The community consists of assisted living, memory care, and long-term care offered in partnership between the Sisters of St. Joseph and Presbyterian Homes & Services.

Responsibilities

• Create a high-quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service.
• Perform duties consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Pay

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.09 - $20.59 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Schedule

Part-time AM hours including every other weekend. Schedules are consistent and reliable with no late nights.
