Server Conversion Technician
About the role
This role performs detailed pre conversion readiness checks, executes server host swaps and data migrations, validates encryption, configures software and hardware components, performs post conversion testing, and completes all required documentation. The technician is also responsible for troubleshooting issues during conversions and coordinating escalations or rollbacks when required. This role performs hands on technical execution and works directly with store contacts during live conversions.
