Server Responsibilities

• Take customer orders
• Make beverage and food recommendations
• Provide accurate bills
• Serve food and drinks
• Process payments
• Supply customers with necessary items promptly
• Handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
• Communicate orders clearly with bar staff and kitchen
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including preparing ingredients and restocking supplies
• Check identification to ensure proper age for alcohol purchases

Server Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in serving
• Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays
• A friendly, attentive attitude
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food
• Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol
• A passion for providing high-quality service
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
• Willingness to work at peak hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
