Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Preserve all substantive info. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", etc. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - Intro: "There’s never been a better time to join TravelCenters of America! For more than 50 years, millions of professional truck drivers and motorists have called our travel centers home, depending on us daily for fuel, food, truck maintenance and essential services. Driven by a passionate team, TA is focused on growing its network of travel centers, implementing cutting edge technology and embarking on innovative alternative energy and sustainability initiatives. From our locations across the country, to our corporate headquarters in Westlake, Ohio, every team member is a stakeholder in TA’s success. This environment offers endless career opportunities for individuals interested in sharing their ideas, growing with the company and shaping TA’s future." That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for job summary. The posting includes "Job Summary TravelCenters of America offers a convenient, one-stop shopping experience to our customers. Each location has a plethora of dining options which gives our guests the variety they look for. The Server is a key member of the restaurant team primarily responsible for providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service to all guests so that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came! In this role, you can expect to: ..." Thus we can have:

    About the role

with paragraph(s) summarizing. Then responsibilities: list after "In this role, you can expect to:" includes bullet points. Then "What we’d like to see:" list of qualifications/requirements. Then "With us, you’ll enjoy:" list of benefits. Then "Pay Range $2.50 - 3.50 per hour" plus explanation. We also have "Typical Physical Demands" and "Work Environment" sections. Those could be under "Requirements" or separate sections like "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment". However the instruction says use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't list Physical Demands or Work Environment. Should we include them? The instruction: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't restrict to only those headings; it says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). That suggests those are examples, but we can use other headings if needed? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are the allowed headings? Usually they'd want us to use those headings only. But we have content like Physical Demands and Work Environment; maybe we can fold them into Requirements or Qualifications? Could be considered part of Requirements. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Physical Demands and Work Environment under a "Requirements" section (or maybe "Qualifications"). We also have EEO boilerplate etc which we must remove. Also "Disclaimer" etc remove. Also "Typical Physical Demands" and "Work Environment" are substantive; we should keep them. Could place under a heading like "Requirements" or maybe "Job Details". Since not in list, maybe we can create a heading "Requirements" and include those details as subpoints? But the instruction says use those headings for section headings; maybe we can still use other headings if needed but they gave examples. Safer to stick to the given headings and fold extra info into appropriate sections. Thus sections: - About the role: includes intro + job summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "In this role, you can expect to:" bullet list. - Requirements: could include "What we’d like to see:" plus maybe physical demands and work environment. - Benefits: list from "With us, you’ll enjoy:". - Pay: includes pay range and explanation. - Schedule: not explicitly given; there is mention "Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays" under What we’d like to see. That's schedule info. Could be placed under Requirements or maybe a separate Schedule section. Since we have schedule info, we could create a Schedule section. The instruction says only create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections if posting actually states them. We have schedule info (flexible hours). So we can create a Schedule section. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to strip boilerplate: EEO, disclaimer, accommodation request, legal, etc. Also remove "Not all benefit plans are available to all team members. For a more comprehensive list of benefits, please visit ..." That's a link; we should keep the benefit list but maybe drop the sentence about not all plans and link? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The sentence about not all benefit plans and link is not exactly EEO but could be considered legal? It's a disclaimer about benefits. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's substantive? It says not all benefit plans are available to all team members. That's info about benefits. Could keep but maybe it's okay to keep as it's relevant. However it's a bit generic. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that sentence. However it's a bit of a disclaimer; but it's about benefits. I'd keep it. Also "Pay Range $2.50 - 3.50 per hour A pay range listed reflects the potential pay for this role. The pay will depend on various factors, such as responsibilities of the position, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Not all positions posted will have a pay range listed." That's substantive; keep. Now we need to format. We'll produce:

    Pay

Pay Range $2.50 - 3.50 per hour. A pay range listed reflects the potential pay for this role. The pay will depend on various factors, such as responsibilities of the position, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Not all positions posted will have a pay range listed.

    Schedule

Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Check for any duplicated lines: we have "Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays" appears both in Requirements list and Schedule section. That's duplication. We should avoid duplicated lines. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should keep it only once. Where to place? Probably under Schedule section as it's schedule info. Then we can remove it from Requirements list. However the Requirements list originally had that as a bullet under "What we’d like to see". We could keep it there and not have a separate Schedule section, but we have schedule info, so we could create Schedule section and remove duplicate from Requirements. Let's do that. Thus Requirements list will exclude that bullet. Now check for any other duplicated content: The intro paragraph includes some sentences that may be repeated
