Server - Cascade Inn

About the role

We are seeking a personable and attentive server to join our Culinary Department at Cascade Inn! This is a part-time opportunity with evening shifts, 3:30PM - 7PM, all days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room tables and ensure dining room cleanliness
• Protect establishments and residents by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
• Greet residents and families
• Assist residents select food and beverages by presenting menu, making suggestions and explaining chefs’ daily specials
• Interact with residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner
• Adhere to grooming and presentation standards consistently, maintain clean uniform at all times
• Assist with special events as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Positive interpersonal skills are required
• A food handler's card is required
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 15 pounds
• Customer service experience
• Must be drug free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations

Pay

Earn between $17.13 and $17.50/hour, dependent on experience.
