Server, Blackwolf Run

Specific Responsibilities

• Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
• Suggest food and beverages to the guest utilizing appropriate methods to upsell.
• Takes food and beverage orders from the guest and accurately enters into Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Greets guests and presents them with the menu when applicable.
• Processes payment transactions.
• Clears and resets table settings and linens, as needed.
• Performs basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Communicates to the guest and provides assistance with questions.
• Collaborates with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Observes guests and ensures their satisfaction with the food and service.
• Promptly responds to guest with any additional requests.
• Maintains proper dining experience, delivers items, fulfills customer needs, offers desserts and drinks, removes courses, replenishes utensils, refills glasses.
• Prepares mixed drinks for service to your customers table when applicable (must be 18 or over and licensed).
• Understands and communicates products and services available at the resort.
• Aids in stocking and maintaining the restaurant par stock levels and side station.
• Helps other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and seating guests.

Skills/Requirements

• Safe Serve Certified, as applicable
• 2 years previous experience as a server, required

About the Role

This is a casual part-time position working weekdays and weekends with shifts ranging from 11:00 am - 11:00 pm.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $4.50 - $6.70 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
