About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and personable Bistro 300 Server to join our team. This role is ideal for a hard-working professional who thrives on serving guests in a full-service restaurant/lounge atmosphere with their desired food and libations. You will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests and leaving a lasting impression for future brand loyalty and repeat customers.

Responsibilities

• Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences.
• Gain menu knowledge and provide recommendations from our cuisine and drink offerings.
• Engage in casual conversation and enhance the restaurant experience through style and service attributes.
• Perform general restaurant preparation and maintain a sanitary environment.

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous cocktail/server experience preferred.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring afternoon/evening shifts from 3:00 PM–11:30 PM or 4:00 PM–12:30 AM, including weekends and holidays.
