Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by greeting guests, seating them, and serving food and drinks.
- Ensure a pleasant dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle cash transactions and manage credit card payments.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and adjust service accordingly.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills, including using point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
