Server - Beer and Wine

Role Summary

As a Server - Beer and Wine, you will guide Guests to order food products and/or beverages to enhance the movie-going experience. This includes greeting Guests, making menu suggestions, managing transactions, and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately record food and beverage orders from Guests
• Manage transactions on assigned register, maintaining proper cash balance and accuracy
• Verify Guests' age for alcohol transactions and ensure consumption in designated areas
• Suggestive selling techniques and collaboration with kitchen team
• Wipe down and sanitize high-contact areas
• Utilize Personal Protective Equipment and adapt to cleaning tasks
• Monitor safety and report issues to management
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proof of age for serving alcohol
• Basic food handling training and local/state certifications
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Energetic and friendly attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle cash and basic math
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to respond with urgency

Physical And Environmental Requirements

• Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, and reaching
• Moderate to high noise levels
• Standing for extended periods
