Server – Beatty Pointe Village

About the role
Our Servers are responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests. In addition to serving residents in the main dining room and at special functions, the Server may prepare some simple or “light” food items and beverage prep. Servers are responsible for bussing tables (clearing, cleaning, and resetting) and completing other cleaning assignments as directed.

Requirements
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork
- Enjoy multi-tasking since every day is different
- Have good attention to detail and time management
Pay
Starting pay: $15.00/hour - $17.00/hour, depending on experience
Schedule
Part-time; hourly, non-exempt; includes every other weekend or one day every weekend
