Server/Bartender

Achasta Golf Club, located in Dahlonega, GA, is seeking a part‑time Server to join a fast‑paced, hospitality‑focused property organization.

Pay

$5.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describe specials of the day to guests.
• Answer questions regarding any menu item and offer suggestions when appropriate.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly after preparation.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Replenish items as needed.
• Participate in pre‑shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintain an organized workstation and complete side‑work duties.
• Set up and break down golf stations each shift.
• Maintain accountability for checks and cash transactions.
• Utilize the Point‑of‑Sale system.
• Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
• Follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques.
• Practice tray service for all food and beverage service.
• Be cross‑trained in bartending service.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Valid driver’s license required (required when operating the ball picker and golf cart).
