About the role

This position is available at Hotel Bardo Savannah, a poolside restaurant within the hotel's premises. The hotel is recognized as one of the best in the world by Travel + Leisure and Conde Nast Traveler.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a poolside or outdoor bar setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktail preparation and presentation.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift trays for extended periods in a hot outdoor environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS certification) preferred but not required.
