- Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
- Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
- Complete all closing side work at end of shift
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Maintain personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
- Be responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clock in only after being in full uniform
- Maintain cleanliness of all dining and patio areas
- A High School Diploma/GED is a plus but not required
- Previous experience is a plus
- Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
