Responsibilities

• Provides a seamless experience for all guests with expertise and a great attitude in banquet operations and à la carte dining while maintaining specific side work.
• Ensures the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the club.
• Handles setup, breakdown, cleanliness, and replenishment of event spaces and dining rooms.
• Understands the importance of name recognition and warmly greets each member with a smile and direct eye contact.
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.
• Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.

Requirements

• Efficient verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in a country club environment preferred but not required.
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexibility when working alternating shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Reports directly to all Food and Beverage Managers, and ultimately to the General Manager.
