Responsibilities

• Engage with campers, team members, couples, students, and families to provide support and guidance.
• Collaborate with other ministry staff to plan and execute events and programs.
• Support the spiritual growth and development of those in your care.
• Adhere to WinShape's values and mission.

Requirements

• A strong commitment to Christian faith and values.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, psychology, ministry).
• Previous experience in a ministry or leadership role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
