Responsibilities

• Craft artisanal beverages, showcasing barista expertise with classic and innovative creations.
• Warmly welcome guests, creating a positive first impression.
• Provide outstanding guest assistance, offering menu insights, recommendations, and proactive support.
• Efficiently seat patrons, optimizing table turnover and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with servers, preparing tables and assisting with guest needs to maintain cohesive service.
• Maintain a welcoming environment by keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and inviting.
• Greet guests and guide them through all phases of service.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and assist guests in making decisions.
• Clean and care for assigned sections, and assist others when possible.
• Handle money carefully and accurately.
• Perform opening and closing duties promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field (preferred).
• Positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse guests.
• Passion for creating memorable experiences and enthusiasm for culinary offerings.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, multitasking with precision while upholding high standards.
• Minimum of 1 year serving experience in a dine‑in restaurant model.
• Availability to work weekends.
