Job Description
The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing friendly, attentive, and efficient food and beverage service to guests. This role ensures guest satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving meals and beverages, addressing guest needs, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to outstanding hospitality.
Qualifications
- Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have at least 1 year of serving experience.
