Job Duties
- Completes required set-up/preparation of area before the scheduled activity.
- Inspects all equipment before, during, and at the end of each shift.
- Reports any deviations from standards to the Manager/Supervisor.
- Inventories materials and supplies at the beginning of a shift, and obtains quantities necessary to support forecasted levels of business.
- Prepares coffee, iced/hot tea, and other beverages as required.
- Checks all plates before service for accuracy, completeness, appearance, and presentation.
- Serves food to members and their guests in accordance with Service Standards.
- Maintains members and their guests, anticipating needs, responding to requests, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitors members' and their guests' alcohol consumption to prevent overindulgence and ensure safety.
- Clears tables and breaks down the area after completion of the food service activity.
- Completes assigned end-of-shift duties.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One + years of experience as a Food Server/Banquet Server in a country club, upscale hotel, or free-standing restaurant operation.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of quality food service techniques and standards.
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing 35+ pounds.
- Ability to stand, stoop, and bend repetitively during the entire shift.
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the English language.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills And Abilities
- Certifications: “TIPS” or equivalent responsible vendor, ServSafe.
- Wine knowledge.
