About the role

Join our team for the newest Postino location in Charlotte’s Plaza Midwood. We’re redefining the wine-bar experience with a fun, eclectic, and inspiring atmosphere. Our menu features high-quality, approachable wines paired with fresh, colorful bruschetta boards designed for sharing—perfect for every guest.

As a Server, you’ll work in a team to deliver a full-service experience: guiding guests through ordering, entering items into the POS system, delivering food and beverages, presenting the check, and processing payment. You’ll collaborate with other service staff to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through ordering food and beverages
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system
• Deliver completed items to guests
• Present the check in a timely manner and complete payment
• Collaborate with other service staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

• 1 year of full-service restaurant experience (combined industry experience considered)
• High-school diploma preferred
• State Food Handler’s Management Certification required
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification required

Pay

This is a tipped position. The advertised pay is an estimated hourly rate plus tips.
