About the role

We are hiring a front-of-house employee at Upland Brewing Company to set the tone for excellence in craft beer & food. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, beer-loving, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests with ordering decisions including highlighting new menu & beer specials
• Maintain a clean environment in the dining room and service stations
• Set tables, deliver food & beverage
• Deliver a great customer experience for all guests

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience
• Able to listen & communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Strong organizational skills
