Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional hospitality
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu knowledge and upsell products appropriately
• Maintain cash and process payments responsibly
• Clear and reset tables; keep dining areas clean and welcoming

Requirements

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 15 lbs
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
