Server

About the role

At UNO, we believe in our brand and in the success of one another. We have amazing food, craft beer and cocktails, and a loyal guest following that's growing rapidly. We're looking for Servers who love hospitality, enjoy connecting with people, and want to create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver warm, friendly hospitality
• Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu knowledge and upsell when appropriate
• Maintain cash and process payments responsibly
• Clear and reset tables; keep dining areas clean and welcoming

Requirements

Previous serving experience preferred (but not required)

Strong communication and guest service skills

Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 15 lbs

A positive attitude and team-first mindset
