Magnolia Green Golf Club, located in Moseley, VA, is seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional appearance at all times
• Provides prompt and efficient customer service
• Displays knowledge of the F&B menu
• Takes guests' food and drink orders and turns them in to the kitchen, bar, and other applicable areas
• Serves beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner
• Adheres to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
• Checks back to ensure guest satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary or as requested
• Suggests and serves dessert, coffee, and other items as applicable or necessary
• Handles all cash and credit card payments following standard operating procedures
• Keeps tables, dining room, and workstations sanitized and organized
• Listens and responds to customer complaints
• Performs cleanup and closing procedures as assigned by the manager
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Minimum Qualifications

• One to two years of food service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Must be dependable
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment

Pay

$4.00 to $5.00 per hour
