Key Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating
• Describes daily specials, answers questions about menu items, and offers recommendations
• Takes food and beverage orders and delivers items promptly
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and tastings
• Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties
• Accurately processes checks and cash transactions using the POS system
• Follows established procedures for taking, placing, and delivering orders
• Adheres to service standards for greeting, cocktail service, and food delivery
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and two years of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol (21+)
• Food safety knowledge
• Food preparation experience

Other Qualifications

• Regular and reliable attendance
