About the role

We are seeking a server to join our team at Signatures at Bayside. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience and will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
• Know the finest details of the menu and share this expertise with guests
• Answer any menu questions
• Provide a warm greeting, proper table setting, and flawless food and beverage service
• Check-in with each guest to ensure satisfaction with each food or beverage course
• Show a friendly, attentive, and engaging demeanor throughout their experience

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in dietary restrictions, allergies, and meal requirements
• Able to communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
• Able to respectfully communicate with fellow team members and managers
• Able to stand and work for extended periods of time, as well as move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
