Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club, located in Bonita Springs, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Server. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
• Provides prompt and efficient guest service.
• Displays knowledge of the F&B menu.
• Takes guests' food and drink orders and turns them in to the kitchen and bar.
• Serves beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner.
• Adheres to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests.
• Checks back to ensure guest satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary or upon request.
• Suggests and serves dessert, coffee, and other items as applicable.
• Handles all cash and credit card payments following standard operating procedures.
• Keeps tables, the dining room, and workstations sanitized and organized.
• Listens and responds to guest complaints.
• Performs cleanup and closing procedures as assigned by manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
• Must be dependable.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

Skills

• Thorough understanding of fine and casual dining.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• One to two years of food service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
